How We Work
From conversation to completion
Every project is stewarded with care and intention from initial design all the way to installation.
Listen first.
Every project starts with a conversation. What are you building? Who is it for? What does success look like? We do site walks, review references, and scope honestly before any design work begins.
Drawn, proofed, approved.
Our team turns the idea into vector art, 3D proofs, and clear material specs. Nothing moves to production until you've signed off.
Built in one shop.
Products are fabricated with modern technological solutions, including custom milling and drying, UV flatbed printing, CO2 laser engraving, CNC routing, acrylic fabrication all on Tribal land.
Installed and supported.
We coordinate delivery and installation and we stay available afterward. Most of our work comes from clients who keep coming back.

Start a ConversationYes. BLTM is an enterprise of Blue Lake Rancheria, a federally recognized sovereign tribal nation. We hold tribal enterprise status and can satisfy tribal preference vendor requirements in California and beyond.
Absolutely — bulk orders are our specialty. We work best with institutional clients who need ongoing production: monthly award runs, quarterly gift sets, or annual recognition orders. Preferred vendor agreements establish pricing and timelines upfront.
We handle both small and large runs. For custom engraved awards, minimums can be as low as 1 piece. For signage systems or bulk custom orders, we'll quote based on your project scope. Contact us for a no-obligation estimate.
Yes. While tribal enterprises and government agencies are our primary focus, we work with corporate partners, non-profits, and public agencies — particularly for signage, wayfinding, and large-format fabrication projects.
